▪️ EXTRA PERTINENT INFORMATION: very simply described on the CT website as 'eyeshadow palette with bronze & copper shades' ▪️ DESCRIPTION OF SHADE PRESS: moderate recommend doing eyes before base with this palette as I did experience some fall-out ▪️ DEXTERITY CONCERNS: this palette is particularly difficult to open, and due to its small size - quite difficult to grasp. ▪️ TYPES OF FORMULAS: 2 formulas (according to my observation) - (3 shimmers, 1 sparkling metallic) Upon further evaluation, NONE of the included shades stained my skin. ▪️ TOTAL # OF SHADES: 4 (all eyeshadows, which are deemed safe by the FDA for use around the eye area). I don't think anybody would find difficulty in storing this palette. ▪️ PACKAGING & DESIGN: each pan holds 1.3g of shadow, rectangle-shaped pans, hard plastic casing packaging, bi-fold, palette brand is on cover, mid-weight, plastic clasp closure system, square-shaped, large mirror inside, pans are NOT removable, shade nomenclature is designated on the back of the paletteĬontaining 1.3g of shadow each, the pans weigh ABOVE the average amount across the board. 🔺️ SELECTION RATIONALE: this is my first-ever Charlotte Tilbury palette and I was curious as to how it worked! 🔺️ PALETTE: Charlotte Tilbury - The Bella Sofia Luxury Palette ✌

These palettes are not cost-effective in the slightest, but they can sure produce a great day-to-night eye look. This palette had all the necessary shades I needed, and performed perfectly at all given duties. I kinda added a little twist to make it more 'me'. 🔸️COMMENTARY: with such a simple quad, I gave a try to the ol' fox eye. This palette is right on theme with the other products offered in the line.
I do think this packaging is a great representation of the brand (Charlotte Tilbury). There's just something sleek and retro about this component, and I'm feeling it I LOVE plastic casing packaging, as it does a great job of protecting the shadows. The metallic has piece-y sparkles that fall-out everywhereĪttempted all application methods (finger, dry brush, damp brush) - the shimmers work well using ANY method, whereas the metallic functions only with a finger or damp brush
The 3 shimmers are very soft, smooth, & minimally reflective there is not any decorative embossing on any of the included shadows.Each shade remained consistent within its base formula I didn't come across any 'dud' shades in this palette.I generally enjoy seeing a matte-black shade included in a color-story - as it deems any palette truly 'universal' there is NOT a matte-black in this palette.It is a very common, overdone color-story I consider this to be a 'warm bronze' color-story, and it's not unique in the slightest.I prefer either 'completely balanced' layouts, OR 'matte-heavy' layouts There's not an equal formulation balance. the formula balance ratio in this palette is 0:4 (mattes to non-mattes), & I think a 0% / 100% formula split leans non-matte-heavy.there are SOME traditional neutral 'transition shades' included in here.I didn't find any shade redundancy in this palette each shade is quite unique and serves a different purpose.I only expect it to perform on ONE solid look.
Since this is a 'quad', I don't particularly care about its versatility. The included shades range from light-to-midtone-to-deep. this palette inholds the nice 'light-to-dark' gradient that I always look for.All shades in this palette have SLIGHT kick-backĮxperienced a bit of fall-out from some shades used
